You may have your vet fax to us at 360-647-7482 your records or you may bring it with you. If the vets office is closed and you forget to bring your records, we will not be able to accept your pet!
Thank you for your understanding if we turn you away at the door. We are protecting all the other guests here, and will not just "take your word" that everything is current.
We do not accept puppy pamphlets as proof. If you self-vaccinate, you must provide
receipt (dated) from store along with the label off the vaccination bottle.
